Along with normal water it can be in the form of buttermilk, coconut water etc.
Physical activity:
Regular physical activity can stimulate the muscles of the digestive system, helping to keep food moving through the digestive tract efficiently. This can reduce the likelihood of constipation and promote overall digestive health.
Exercise increases blood flow throughout the body, including to the digestive organs such as the stomach and intestines. This increased blood flow can enhance the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to these organs, supporting their function.
